Track Your Order

Every BambuCompress order ships within 1-2 business days and travels with USPS, usually arriving in 4-7 business days. Here is how to follow your package.

1. Find your tracking number

As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Check your inbox (and your spam or promotions folder) for an email from BambuCompress.

2. Track it with USPS

Enter your tracking number on the USPS Tracking page to see real-time updates. Tracking can take up to 24-48 hours to show the first scan after you receive the email.

3. Or view your orders in your account

You can also sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout to see your order status and tracking details.

Need help?

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days

Packages sometimes go a day or two without a new scan while in transit. If there is no update for 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.

My package says delivered but I can't find it

Check around your door, mailbox, porch and with neighbors, and wait until the end of the day, since USPS sometimes marks packages early. If it still hasn't arrived, message our team.

I didn't get a shipping email

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. If it has been longer, or you can't find the email, contact us with your name and order number and we will send your tracking details.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more and $4.99 below that. Read our full FAQ for more on shipping, sizing and returns.
